A master bedroom is often an accurate reflection of your relationship. Your bedroom can strengthen and nourish OR weaken and deplete your happiness.
Your bedroom should be a place of rest, relaxation and recuperation. TV’s, computers and exercise equipment should have a place in other areas of your home or cover it up when you sleep. When you go to bed your work should not go to bed with you.
When mirrors are close to your bed they can cause restlessness and insomnia. Remove mirrors from your bedroom or cover them up at night.
Having 2 nightstands that are the same size symbolizes equality in your relationship. If one person has a larger nightstand they may be more dominant or over bearing in your relationship. You both want to be equal and on the same level in your relationship.
Make your bedroom romantic by adding soft, warm colors in the form of beautiful fabrics, pillows, blankets and sheets. Add your favorite fragrances, sensual art and images of romantic couples to set the tone you are trying to achieve.
Peace, calm and privacy are important as well. Leave your children and family photos out of the bedroom or at least put them far away from your bed. The last thing you want is to have your parents or children watching you when the romance gets going!
Too much stuff under the bed will feel heavy and pull you down. Clean the clutter from under the bed to let the energy flow moving through your room.
